provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using this app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this TOU.

Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use AstroVibe App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that:

• you are at least 13 years old;
• you have not previously been suspended or removed from the app;
• your registration and your use of the app is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

User Account

To access some features of the app, you will have to create an account using your phone number. We use your phone number to verify your account and occasionally send you verification messages as part of the login process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities

In using AstroVibe App, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purposes;
• Solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
• Submit false or misleading information;
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
• Collect or track the personal information of others;
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
• Use the app for any obscene or immoral purpose.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the app, is the property of Sensortronic Ltd. or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sensortronic Ltd., its principals, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, obligations, costs, actions or demands.

Limitation of Liability

Sensortronic Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
